Situated in the heart of Central Ontario, the City of Barrie is built around beautiful Kempenfelt Bay. The Barrie Dragon Boat Festival takes place on one of our many waterfront parks. As an integral part of the city, the various waterfront parks are often used as a gathering point for community events.
